respects, by being employed by a public body. There are many differences between the private and the public.<\/p>\n<p>In the private sector, since 2016, companies have been required by law to subscribe to a mutual health insurance for the benefit of their employees and to participate to the tune of 50 % to the contribution. For the employee, membership of this mutual is compulsory, except in certain cases.<\/p>\n<p>In the public sector, it is different, before the reform the body was not required to contribute to the costs of the additional health of its staff, but could offer health insurance with optional membership.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Un_tournant_avec_le_referencement_de_plusieurs_organismes_dont_CNP_Assurances\"><\/span><strong>A turning point with the referencing of several organizations including <\/strong><strong>CNP Assurances<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Since 2018, your department has selected for the first time several reference bodies including our partner CNP Assurances.<\/p>\n<p>This referencing aims to guarantee members adapted and solidary contracts in family and intergenerational terms. Indeed, these contracts bring together a set of benefits allowing access to healthcare and being able to cope for you or your family with possible risks such as work stoppage, invalidity or death.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2022, the Ministry now covers up to \u20ac15 per month, part of the health contribution of its staff. This contribution shall be reimbursed to each member of staff who has applied for it, provided that his insurer provides him with the employer\u2019s certificate.<\/p>\n<p>In order to obtain this certificate, the staff member must be the beneficiary of a joint and several supplementary health benefit intended to cover the costs of healthcare incurred as a result of maternity, illness or accident.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lobjectif_de_cette_reforme\"><\/span><strong>The objective of this reform?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Align the social security coverage of civil servants with that of employees in the private sector who benefit from compulsory collective cover.
