<\/span><\/h2>\nCanva managed to make the PDF edition particularly accessible. In most cases, you only need to import a file for the platform to automatically rebuild the document in its editor.<\/p>\n
The PDF is then converted into a new Canva design. The pages are recreated and most of the elements become editable: text blocks, images, backgrounds or illustrations.<\/p>\n
Depending on the complexity of the original document, however, some elements may be flattened or slightly moved. Uncommon fonts, for example, are sometimes replaced by an equivalent font available in Canva. It is therefore always useful to quickly check the layout after importing.<\/p>\n
The interest is above all practical. This function makes it possible, for example, to correct an existing pedagogical sheet, to modify a guideline in a document shared by a colleague or to update an old medium without having to start from scratch.<\/p>\n
The Canva editor can then adjust colours and fonts, move graphic elements or add pictograms and illustrations from the built-in media library.<\/p>\n
It is also possible to group several PDFs in the same design, to rearrange the pages or to add new ones. Once the document is complete, it can be exported as a PDF, image or even presentation.<\/p>\n
