Onisep<\/strong> has just made available to all teachers a remarkable pedagogical kit to raise awareness among middle and high school students of the diversity of professions at work in a museum.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The kit produced in partnership with the Centre Pompidou in Paris focuses on ten portraits of ten professionals from the Centre National d\u2019Art Contemporain<\/strong> staged by the filmWork!\u00a0Ten jobs at the Centre Pompidou \u00bb <\/i>directed in 2014 by director-choreographer Philippe Jamet. Ten employees of the museum testify to their profession, while mimicking and choreographing it.<\/p>\n

\"Discover 10 jobs at the Centre Pompidou\" includes resources and pedagogical activities that can be mobilised as part of educational pathways<\/strong> : the Avenir course (discovery of the economic and professional world) and the artistic and cultural education course (PEAC). Useful and practical.<\/p>\n

The kit offers resources and educational activities available in sequences.<\/p>\n

\"OnisepFirst of all, the film \u2018Work!\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0: It can be consulted in full, or in sequenced form, for direct access to each of the ten portraits.<\/p>\n

Three quizzes<\/strong> (\u2018Behind the scenes of the Centre Pompidou\u2019, \u2018Exploring the trades of a museum\u2019, \u2018Associating the image with the right trade\u2019) offer a first simple form of awareness of the themes presented.<\/p>\n

The sequences intended for middle school students propose to enter the subject from three activities: \u2018Mimicking a profession\u2019, \u2018Filming a professional\u2019, and \u2018Meeting the professionals of a museum\u2019<\/strong>. These activities allow students to discover and apprehend the trades in a fun way.<\/p>\n

Three sequences are aimed at high school students: \u2018Between dream and reality\u2019 commits to exploring the relationship between the dreamed profession and that exercised, \u2018One profession, several career paths\u2019 makes it possible to discover the training paths of professionals and, finally, \u2018In the shoes of a director\u2019 asks for the principles of creating a cinematographic work.<\/p>\n

Proposals for extensions will allow you to complement each of these activities or enrich their content.<\/p>\n

An excellent tool of ONISEP which had the good idea, thanks to Jamet\u2019s film, to propose an original and creative approach to the representation of professions that changes us from the traditional testimonies of professionals<\/strong>. For example, I love the idea of having students film a job or mimic it.<\/p>\n

The kit \"Work, 10 trades of the Centre Pompidou\" is open access.<\/strong> However, in order to access all the resources in the teaching kit, you will first need to log in with an ID from the teaching area.<\/p>\n
