MindMup is one of a series of online tools that have emerged to address the growing use of mindmaps in education, but also in business. MindMup stands out for its amazing ease of use.<\/p>\n

The tool offers a menu bar with particularly explicit icons that allow you to evolve your mind map in a fairly intuitive way in just a few clicks. Also within your mind map, each component has a context menu allowing it to be customised or linked to other elements<\/strong> of your mindmap.<\/p>\n

Background color of each element, attached image, video or file, everything is done with the end of the mouse, MindMup lends itself to all uses.<\/p>\n

Mental maps are then available online and can be shared via email or social media.<\/strong> They can also be downloaded in PDF or PowerPoint format to make a presentation.<\/p>\n

The tool also offers extensive integration with Google Drive.<\/strong> You will be able to integrate in your map images or files present on your Google Drive. You can also and above all benefit from Drive's sharing system by defining who can have access to your mindmap and whether or not to allow changes according to the users. I presented MindMup some time ago on the Collaborative Tools website.<\/a><\/p>\n

Last advantage, but it is not negligible, MindMup offers an automatic backup while you work. More risk of losing your job.<\/p>\n

MindMup can be used to create a mind map without you needing to register.<\/strong> But beware, once published, your card will no longer be editable and will remain online for 6 months before being automatically deleted.<\/p>\n

MindMup can be used for free, but it will impose some limitations on you<\/strong>. This may be sufficient for occasional use. For more common use, you will need to turn to a paid subscription to remove all limitations. Allow around \u20ac20 per year for unlimited access.<\/p>\n
