Resoomer<\/strong> is a pretty amazing online tool. It is a kind of magic reel that will one click to produce a summary of any long text, provided that it is somewhat structured.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"resoomer\"<\/p>\n

A funny tool that will\u00a0give you a good little boost when you need to summarize a text online for example. Resoomer analyses any text at lightning speed to extract the most important ideas and facts and offer you a much shorter new version of the original text.<\/span><\/p>\n

Resoomer does wonders with press articles, scientific texts, history texts or commentaries on works if they are well structured.<\/strong> To the impossible no one is held, the tool logically throws in the towel with writings such as novels, narrations or dialogues. For the rest, the magic is at its best and the results of the few tests I have carried out are remarkable.<\/p>\n

It is easy to use.<\/strong> Simply copy and paste the text you want to summarise into the relevant window on the homepage of the site. One click and almost instantly the result is displayed. A kind of express slimming cure with on the screen your two texts and the famous formula \u2018before \u2014 after\u2019 on the left the original text, on the right the summary. The creators of Resoomer have done the right thing and also offer you very handy browser extensions to make it even easier for you to use Resoomer during your web browsing with a single click. The tool offers extensions for Chrome, Firefox and Opera.<\/p>\n

\"Resoomer<\/p>\n

The result generated by Resoomer is not a perfect synthesis. It is an automatic summary that includes the main points and ideas of a text. It is then up to you to complete and refine it. But This first automatic analysis will already save you a lot of time.<\/strong> Resoomer reduces on average the length of a text by two. The tool goes even further. In the results window, you have a small cursor that allows you to reduce the text even more. The risk of course if you go beyond the proposed automatic reduction is to lose in passing an important notion or idea of the text.<\/p>\n

\"Resume\"<\/p>\n

Resoomer also offers, always in the results window, a text analysis button that will highlight important passages and concepts in yellow in the text.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Do a test for example with a long Wikipedia article, you will be amazed at the result. I forgot Resoomer is playing and \u2018amaincit\u2019 texts in both French and English.<\/strong><\/p>\n

An amazing tool that identifies and picks up the important ideas of a text and allows you to get to the bottom of it.<\/strong> A great tool to put in all hands.
