StraFormation. Short training courses to boost your professional career

We are launching this new section dedicated to grandes écoles, training centres and higher education institutions by a recognised player in vocational training: StraFormation.

The main centre of StraFormation is located in Strasbourg, in the Alsatian capital, in the Esplanade district. But the training organisation also offers training throughout France.

StraFormation offers, among others, internships and training in Management and Leadership, Marketing and Commerce, Office Technology, Management Software and Drawing, Professional Efficiency, IT, Accounting and Management, Law and Finance, Quality, Hygiene and Security.

StraFormation a training offer focused on the "Learner Centric"

StraFormation is a center for continuing professional training, a great specialist in "Learner centric" training. Molière’s language also says ‘Learner-centred design’. This learner-centred design approach (LCD) is a pedagogical design method that focuses on learners’ learning needs and styles. It was developed in the 1970s by John Hattie and his colleagues at the University of Auckland in New Zealand.  It is based on the idea that learning should be designed for and by learners, not just teachers or trainers. It doesn’t look like anything, but it changes everything.

The centre thus offers short, tailor-made training courses, planned on demand, adapted to the learner, 100% tailor-made, the main objective of which is to make the participants operational.

StraFormation proposes 260 short tailor-made training courses, in video or face-to-face in Strasbourg or throughout the national territory directly in a company.

The training arrangements are very flexible.

Employer-funded training, many of which are eligible for the CPF

StraFormation is labeled Qualiopi, the reference quality label for vocational training. This guarantees you quality services. It also facilitates the funding available.

Many training courses are, for example, eligible for the CPF and can therefore be financed directly via your training account, or even co-financed with your employer. Straformation had the right idea of group them all on a single page.

Vocational training is now: an indisputable factor of professional success. It is also an absolute imperative for those who want to stay up-to-date in the skills needed to carry out their job.
