How to deploy digital equipment at school on a large scale? How can local decision-makers be helped to choose the right material? How to train users? A new impetus for the experience of the Educational Digital Territories

The Digital Education Territories aim to test, on a large scale, the implementation of pedagogical continuity and reduce the digital divide.

Two departments (Aisne and Val-d’Oise) served as pilot areas for the first phase of this major project. At the time of the reviews, the positive aspects quickly made us forget the hunchbacks of the beginning. Computacenter has been involved in the deployment of Apple tablets in many locations.

After this experimentation phase in 2020-2021 in two departments (Aisne and Val-d’Oise) and these first positive feedbacks, ten new departments are entering the system: Bouches-du-Rhône, Cher, Corse-du-Sud, Doubs, Finistère, Guadeloupe, Hérault, Isère, Vienne and Vosges.
