14 free apps to play with math

Last updated on 12 May 2026

The Dijon Academy is very lucky. She has in her ranks a math teacher who develops free applications for middle and high school. Apps to play with maths that have nothing to envy to commercial applications. Really nothing. Real little pearls made available free of charge on the academy’s website, with the aim of trying to make math attractive. A successful bet. Hats off to author Christophe Auclair.

Math Apps

Christophe is the author of Défi Tables, an application for Learn Multiplication Tables already presented here some time ago. But that is not all. Regularly, through hard work and imagination, new applications emerge. The meter now displays 14 applications. 14 amazing tools to work math with your students in and out of school as well.

    Hello,

As you say, the Dijon Academy is very lucky.

In addition to your article, I share this interview with Chirstophe Auclair in which he explains how he came to make applications and how they use them in his class.

    It is here: https://blog.ieducatif.fr/article/applications/applications-de-maths/
