Play as a powerful lever for learning. This is what ‘Forindustrie l’Univers Extraordinaire’ proposes, built in partnership with Education Nationale and labelled Industry Week. Its purpose? To introduce middle and high school students to an innovative, digitalised sector committed to the environmental transition, as well as the myriad professions that French industry has to offer. And elicit vocations, for both boys and girls. Over the next 10 years, 1.3 million jobs will be created in industry across France, at all levels of training.

What is ‘Forindustrie, l’Univers Extraordinaire’?

Using the codes of video games, the new season ‘Les Secrets du Technodôme’ offers students the opportunity to discover a modern, forward-looking French industry in a playful way. trades that make sense. Why use it with your students?

  • An unprecedented overview of industry in France. This year it's not 3 but 7 worlds that participants will be able to explore. Hauts-de-France, Île-de-France, Normandy and Auvergne Rhône-Alpes are joining the adventure alongside industries in the Mediterranean, New Aquitaine and the energy transition at national level. Each of the worlds will highlight the specificities of the industries of its territory, the emblematic personalities and monuments of the regional heritage.
  • From November 18th to December 6th, a Grand Défi interclasses to go from the virtual … to the real world. For 3 weeks, registered classes will be able to challenge themselves by accumulating points via interactions with content. Classes with the most points or having created the most beautiful robot will win visits to industrial sites (SMEs and large groups) in spring 2025.
  • Cross-cutting topics, from the history of French industry, between deindustrialisation and reconstruction, to economic and environmental challenges, through an unprecedented narrative thread.
