Lumio is a tool that makes it possible to radically change the way you capture and organize what you find as you search the web.

Say goodbye to the classic system of favorites piling up in your browsers. Lumio allows you to capture extracts of text or images, videos or entire pages and then organize or even share them in the simplest way in the world.
Lumio is currently in the form of an extension for the Chrome browser, but further integrations are under development. Once installed in your browser, this small extension will do wonders. When you are on a web page, just highlight with the mouse the text you want to keep as you would with a color highlighter on the paper. Lumio will immediately keep the extract and the reference to the page where you found it so that you can return to it if necessary.

The tool works in the same way for images. A small icon appears on each of them. One click and the image is kept. If you want to keep the entire page, just click on the extension icon that appears at the top of your browser.
Lumio goes further. The tool allows you to create public and private collections to classify the captures and extracts that you will gradually set aside. Each excerpt, and of course each collection, can then be easily shared with a click by email or on social networks. Practical.
Lumio can be managed entirely from the extension and the small menu integrated in your browser (searches, organisation, collections and shares), but you can also for more comfort Log in to the extension site where you will find all your curation.
An excellent tool as an alternative to Evernote or Google Keep. It still lacks mobile versions to aim for the top places on the podium. It already deserves a test to make you an opinion.

I used Diigo a lot, which seems to me to be the same in the description, but probably more mature. https://www.diigo.com/
These tools will finally be completed when the content is sustainable, accessible ‘for life’, regardless of the platform of origin;
