MiddleSpot is an online tool that allows to Create virtual whiteboards. Virtual walls on which you can pin all kinds of resources : links, texts, photos, documents … A serious alternative to replace the late Padlet who has become paying in the meantime.

MiddleSpot offers a service, easy to use, to work alone or with others around a virtual wall like a cork board in the clouds. The interface will not surprise those who are accustomed to such online whiteboards.
Once registered you will be able to create your first whiteboard by giving it a name. You can make it public and readable to everyone or keep it private. You can create as many walls or paintings as you want. Each table is infinite and you can add as many elements as you want. A zoom system enlarges or reduces the view. You will be able to deposit your elements and then manipulate them with the end of the mouse.

MiddleSpot allows you to add text, links, images, videos and even files. All freely and without constraint. If you have a Google Drive account, you can add documents directly from your Drive storage. The latter will themselves be editable alone or by several as Google documents.
Your tables created on MiddleSpot can also be shared via a single link. In order to allow one or more people not only to see, but also to edit a table, it will, however, have to have been invited beforehand. The tool also provided for an integrated feedback system for exchange between participants.
MiddleSpot works on your computer, on your smartphone and also on your tablet. On a tablet it is even quite pleasant to manipulate and move the elements on your boards with your fingertips.
Only small criticism, but it is significant, the obligation to log in via a Google account. For the rest MiddleSpot is a good surprise, especially since the tool is completely free.
