Ourstickys is an extension for the Chrome browser that allowsannotate any part of a web page and find your notes when you return to the page.
If you are used to sticking small papers of all colors on the books or documents you read, you will not be disoriented by Ourstickys. This extension recreates the same experience on the web by expanding the uses.
This small extension is indeed ultra practical. Once installed on your Chrome browser, it offers you an inexhaustible reserve of repositionable notes of all colours to be affixed to the place of your choice on the web pages you visit.
Right-click on the page where you want the note and the turn is played. You can then choose the color, font size and write the content of your annotation. When you return to this webpage, you will find the note where you left it. No risk that your repositionable note will take off in the meantime 😉
Do not rely on appearances, Very simple to use Ourstickys has a multitude of very interesting functions for a teacher or a student. The first is the possibility to share your annotations. You can share a repositionable note or all your annotations by email via unique URLs.
That is not all. Your small notes of all colors are resizable and repositionable as you wish on a page. You can add tags, create task lists, see all your notes on the list and jump from one note to another without the need to scroll the page in search of your annotations. You can also set an expiry date for the note that will magically disappear on the date.
Ourstickys installs an icon on your browser. It is activated automatically if you arrive on a web page where you have pasted one or more notes. A small number indicates the number of notes on the page. This small icon on the menu bar of your browser also allows you to access all your notes. You will see a list of all the annotations and in a different tab the ones you shared. With one click you can go to the annotated page.
