Piktochart. Another tool to easily create infographics

Piktochart is an online graphic design studio that allows you to simply create any type of infographic.

I had already presented Piktochart here some time ago. The tool has evolved well and now offers everything you need to create infographics and other graphical representations on a computer and tablet (only on iPad) that you will not have to blush.

Piktochart allows you to create infographics, posters, reports, presentations from an extensive base of ready-to-use templates that you can then fully customize according to your needs.

The use is quite playful and surprisingly simple. You can choose between more than five hundred templates to start your creation, but you can also start with a blank sheet. The editor is very intuitive. Everything is done by dragging and dropping from the items library on the left of the screen. Everything is customizable. You will be able to choose background, colors, fonts, icons, images, … banners

You can choose the components offered by Piktochart or Import your own items into your personal library.

Playful and effective, Piktochart will allow you to create impactful visuals for your courses or presentations. The tool can also be offered to students who will love to format information with such ease. Piktochart offers a presentation mode that allows you to switch your creation from one click to a slideshow.

The tool offers everything you need to share your infographics or embed them on a website or blog. You can of course also download your creations in different formats: .jpg. png or .pdf and in several resolutions.

Piktochart an excellent infographic tool. It has the great advantage of freeing the publisher from the technical constraints to better focus on what is essential: the collection and meaning to be given to the information.

Piktochart offers a free version, limited in number of models and not allowing to download creations in high resolution. However, it remains fully usable for occasional uses. The pro version without limits of any kind is subscription-based. Allow around EUR 30 per year for the education rate.
