I used Symbaloo to group all my favorites, I found it user-friendly, but it has its limits. I changed for a year to start.me, and this tool is great!!! It also allows you to describe each favorite, which is very appreciable when you have several on the same subject. In addition, it can be customized even in the free version (thematic, … widgets) which makes it an ultra friendly tool to use. Before switching to start.me, I tested papaly, but found it significantly less functional (after all depends on the use and needs of each …).

We use OpenOox at school for student start pages (cycle 2) with folders per class, themes, … One free account for the whole school. Teachers prepare at home and bookmarks sync to school browsers. Practical; even if a little sketchy.
