NASA offers you the moon

An article dedicated to all those who have always had their head in the stars. Those amazed by these beautiful full moons in a starry sky … NASA, the American space agency, has just given them a nice gift by publishing several thousand unpublished images taken during the various Apollo missions.

Incredible images made available to the public on Flickr. Nearly 10,000 photos of missions to the moon in high resolution.

NASA not only sent astronauts to the moon for scientific exploration, but also equipped them with several Hasselblad cameras to capture these historical scenes. We knew that a very small part of it, this new publication on Flickr reveals many lesser-known photos.

Photographs digitised by a few enthusiasts who have tried to increase their quality and definition thanks to digital image processing technologies.

Long-term work started in 2004, more than ten years ago. The result is up to this long achievement.

Most Apollo missions are covered by his archive on NASA's Flickr account. Project officials promise to complete these archives in the coming months.
