Idoceo. A digital notebook to manage your classes on tablet

Last updated on 16 February 2025

Idoceo is an app unfortunately only on iPad at the moment that allows you to Manage one or more classes on your tablet.

I say unfortunately because it is probably one of the best tools of its kind to replace your paper notebook and logbook advantageously.

Idoceo

Ideoceo is a mature product in its version4.0. Once installed on your tablet, it will centralize much of the information you need to manage one or more classes. The interface is quite successful even if it will take a little learning time to get the most out of the application.

Idoceo keeps all the useful information about your classes, on your students with complete individual sheets, on the assessments and on your course programmes. Everything is available in just a few clicks on your tablet screen without the need for an internet connection.

Among the many useful daily functions in Idoceo you will find a journal per class to keep track of your progress per week and a daily schedule that offers an overview of all your classes. You can link it to your iCal or Google calendar.

Idoceo also integrates a complete system to manage the notebook of your students and your class. The notebook will allow you to keep track of all the data, notes, evaluations on a daily basis.
You will be able to add calculations, averages, additions, conditions, and you will benefit from the results in real time.

Also practice the possibility offered by the application to create class plans. Several types of presentations in your classroom are available: only names, names and photos, only photos etc.

The app also incorporates a comprehensive backup system so you don't lose anything from your data. Idoceo also offers many PDF, XLS and CSV export formats.

A real success. Idoceo, I told you at the beginning, is reserved for the owners of an iPad. Do you know any equivalents for Android?

Idoceo is not free, it will cost you 9,99 Eur.

    on Android
    Notebook – Additio
    Teacher Aide Pro
    Teacher Class123

….and many more on Google Play.

But at the time of the digital school booklet, some apps will become useless to rate assessments, unless they are compatible with the future … data format.

Can you tell me once the application is purchased and downloaded, if there is an additional cost (annual subscription) as is the case on additio? thank you
