How to separate music from lyrics in a sound file from a song? Here are two small utilities that will allow you to play sound engineers and get either only the lyrics or only the music from a song in MP3 format. Practical.
Two very simple utilities to use when juggling music files. If you need to isolate a singer’s voice or, conversely, create a music file offering only music without the vocal voice of a title, these two sites will make it easier for you.
Vocal Remover. Remove the voice from a song
If you want to start a burning karaoke with your students, here is the utility you need to remember only music. Vocal remover makes it easy to create karaoke tracks (i.e. remove voices) from original audio files (wav or mp3) containing mixed instruments and voices.
It is easy to use. Just drag your mp3 file into the central window on the website homepage. In mins of time it takes to say it, the site will offer you a new file to recover on your computer. The voice will magically disappear.
Acapella Extractor. Remove music from a song
The reverse operation is proposed here. Using this extractor, you will be able to create a capella audio files from an original audio file (wav or mp3) with mixed instruments and voices. This free service is based on the open source spleeter library.
To extract the voices, download an audio file from your computer. You will then be redirected to the download page. As soon as the processing is complete, you can download the file by clicking the download button.
In both cases the service is free. Only limit the maximum length and weight of your audio files that you submit to these two reels: 10 minutes and 80 MB. Once the conversions are done, do not delay in recovering your new files, the platform keeps them only for a few hours before deleting everything.
Vocal Remover and Acapella Extractor do not require any special software or installation. You can use both of these services without the need to register beforehand.
