Another nugget in this brand new section dedicated to the sites of Profs. Professor TIM's blog is the work of Anthony TAUBIN, Professor of Computer and Multimedia Technologies in Agricultural High School.

Teacher TIM's blog is full of guides, tutorials and tips of all kinds for pupils and teachers at the Lycée du Mené in Merdrignac in the Côtes d’Armor. It is accompanied by a particularly active YouTube channel with dozens of tutorials by Anthony. Quality tutorials that have seduced more than 2000 subscribers. The channel surpassed one million views last May. Just back from stubborn work throughout the year.

The key word of Professor TIM's blog: sharing

Share. Share without counting, without reservations, without back thoughts. This is the idea at the heart of most teachers’ websites, as is the case with Prof TIM’s blog. Anthony TAUBIN uses his blog to make available to his visitors all the resources he uses in his courses (CAP, Second Professional, First Professional and BTSa).

The teacher shares all his or her progress, exercises and textbooks. You will also find a very extensive section of work directed on free tools such as Gimp, Libre Office, Scribus … and many tutorials in PDf and video.

A good YouTube channel for video tutorials

The blog is accompanied by a YouTube channel featuring royalty-free video tutorials used in progress for professional baccalaureate and bts classes. On the program, a collection of clear and effective tutorials on free software, such as LibreOffice, Xmind, Gimp, Inkscape, Scribus, Audacity and several free software. What to picorize according to your needs for these great classic computer tools.

Prof TIM's blog is an excellent address, an excellent resource, for all IT teachers in agricultural education. But it can also be useful more broadly. If you are contracted, or you start in the business, you will find many quality resources immediately exploitable.
