FramindMap is one of the services offered by Framasoft’s team, which makes it possible to create mind maps or mindmaps online free of charge.

As with most of the tools offered by Framasoft, FramindMap is particularly well suited to the world of education. Free, free, non-intrusive, all the services offered by Framasoft try to provide an answer and a free alternative to the commercial giants in the sector.
As far as heuristic maps or mind maps are concerned, FramindMap is able to meet most of the basic needs in the world of education both for teachers and students.
FramindMap is technically based on the free software WiseMapping, an excellent mindmapping tool which I had the opportunity to present here some time ago.
Quite easy to handle, FramindMap is compatible with most browsers even a little old. Everything is done with the end of the mouse. Help bubbles on the main menu commands make it possible to understand the different functions and options available. In use, the main functions are quickly memorised. The software also offers a whole series of keyboard shortcuts to go a little faster.
In a rather classic way, with the editing of mind maps, we start from a central core and then we will build all the ramifications gradually. You can customize block type, typography, … colors
FramindMap also offers the possibility to work together on the same card. Practical for group work. You will not be able to edit it in real time, but everyone will be able to take turns.

Once finished, you will be able to print your work or download it in different formats that can be used by other software. You can also retrieve a code to insert your card into a site or blog.
A good free and free tool that can be used online by all and without any special technical installation. A good starting point to introduce yourself or your students to mind maps to order your ideas or learn or have a lesson learn.

Hello,
I have been using this site for years with an account and I am very happy with it, but I can only regret the impossibility of saving the mind maps in PDF format and not being able to share them on the ENT with an integration link in particular. It is a shame not to be able to pool students’ work in this way.
