3 Youtube channels for learning English

Last updated on 12 May 2026

Online resources to learn a foreign language or at least to practice a language are very numerous. I have presented several of them right here on Tice Tools.

Whether you are a teacher looking for teaching materials or just learning, Youtube is a good address for this. You will find many videos that can be used as a support for learning a language. There are even channels on YouTube that are dedicated to this and that bring together hundreds of educational videos. Here are three of them. Three YouTube channels to learn or practice English.

BBC Learning English

BBC Learning English

To every lord all honor. The venerable BBC had to be in first place on this list. A first place that is not usurped. The BBC's official channel for English students offers an impressive number of quality videos. Grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary …a veritable cavern of Ali Baba. Highly recommended.

VOA Learning English

VOA Learning English

Another channel on YouTube that can be used as a medium for learning English. Here you will find many reports on topical issues. TV news in a way but with a difference in size. The speakerine speaks more gently, much more gently than in a real newspaper. Perfect jointing and under titrations contribute to a better understanding of the language.

Speak English With Mr Duncan

Learn english with M Duncan

Here is a pretty amazing YouTube channel. It offers dozens of comprehensive English lessons. Perfectly suited to real beginners, the channel is a real success, probably because of the personality of the host. Lessons are focused more on the spoken language than on academic learning. Add a good dose of humor and you probably have the reason for the success of these videos, which average about 15 minutes.
