SmallPdf is a magical utility that will allow you to juggling your PDF files. The PDF format ensures unparalleled compatibility and offers many advantages. Nothing against SmallPDF, a magic tool indeed.
But the number of free uses is limited.

I fully agree with JR that SmallPdf allows 2 actions per … hour
And I also adopted IlovePdf, which is less sexy in graphic design but unlimited and just as effective.
Another equivalent service: CandyPDF https://pdfcandy.com/fr/, with even more possibilities.
The problem with PDF -> Word conversions is that line ends are often interpreted as paragraph ends, which then have to be removed manually. Candy is a little smarter, and free too.
By deleting cookies, the counter can be reset to zero. But it is true that both files are annoying!
