Padlet has become over time a very popular tool for creating collaborative whiteboards, especially in education. A well-deserved popularity thanks to a very comprehensive solution that adapts to many uses in the classroom. The announcement a few days ago had the effect of a cold shower: Padlet is paying more than the first three Padlets. Many disappointed users have been chasing alternatives. Here are three alternatives to Padlet.
None of them completely replaces all the options offered by Padlet, but the main thing is there.
Table of Contents
Lino.

Lino is arguably the online virtual wall solution that most closely resembles Padlet. It fully deserves its first place on this list of alternatives to Padlet. You will be able to play with repositionable notes of all colours with texts, images, videos, … documents The collaborative tool that is also used on smartphones and tablets offers a code to embed your board in a website, blog or ENT.

Stoodle.

Stoodle offers another alternative to Padlet that deserves a try. The interface is very easy to use. The tool was designed for the world of education. In the interesting small options, Stoodle offers for distance learning an online chat system to engage with participants as well as the possibility for the teacher to connect a microphone.
Stoodle works on all browsers and offers an optimized version for iPad tablets.

Framemo.

To resist the payroll world, it is always good to look to the Framasoft team. Their Ali Baba cave of the free often offers excellent alternatives. This is again the case with Framemo. Framemo is a minimalist service that reproduces online the good old veleda painting. It will make it possible to edit and organise information in the form of notes in collaborative mode. Framemo is based on Scrumblr free software.
Attention unfortunately Framemo will close its doors in January 2021.

Hello,
I personally use the Trello website and smartphone app for this type of use. Very colorful, customizable, usable in collaborative mode.
You are right: of all this is the best alternative to Padlet! Thank you for this "treasure"!
Do you know https://netboard.me ?
It's a bit worse than padlet, but does the job when it comes to sharing resources.
What do you think?
I know Netboard, it’s more classic in terms of presentation, but I prefer it because you can download a whole folder at once and use the tabs to get individualised walls. A tab can also correspond to a new table.
Good evening,
Thank you for your article.
For me, the best alternative to Padlet is Digipad. One of La Digitale's wonderful open-source and GDPR tools.
