How to highlight text in a web page
Once the Beanote extension is installed on your browser, it will offer you new functions when you visit or read a page on a site, the first of which is to be able to highlight text, much like you would with a coloured stabylo. Highlight the chosen word or text with the mouse. beanote displays a context menu with this highlight function.
When you return to the page, you will find the excerpts of text that you highlighted on your previous visits.
How to annotate a web page with Beanote
The way of doing it is the same. When you click on a word on the web page, the context menu in Beanote allows you to highlight or create a small sticky color note. This will allow you to write comments with a word-processing content editor.
When you return to the page, a small icon on the insertion point will indicate that you have left a note on it. With a clci you will be able to open and consult it.
Beanote also allows by highlighting part of the text to launch a search on the Google engine.

Beanote is very convenient to use when doing an online research job. The extension will centralise all your annotations so that you can easily find them.
