Last updated on 12 May 2026

PamPam is the latest in mapping services that make it possible to create a personalized interactive geographic map very easily with a route or points of interest.

It is distinguished from the many existing services by an immediate handling and a particularly successful interface and visual rendering.

Suncluttered design and its exceptional graphic quality distinguish it from its competitors. A nice enough tool to create interactive custom maps, without bothering with complex and cumbersome software.

Create a beautiful map to share

PamPam uses Google Maps mapping to work, but in an attractive modern and colorful interface. We are not far from the cartoon.

You or your students can use PamPam to create interactive maps of specific countries, regions or geographic events. You can add markers to indicate important information, interesting facts or places of interest. So you can Easily play with maps without having to install anything or consult a long instruction manual.

You have three options for creating a card:

  • Create a map from scratch. Here it is you who do everything from a blank sheet.
  • Make a map with a link. Much more original, paste a link to an article, a blog post with places and PamPam will map the places a bit like the Great Textomap Mapping Tool already presented here.
  • Generate a map via artificial intelligence. This third option is also to be tested. You write down what you want to get and PamPam will draw the map with the points of interest for you. For example, I asked him “The 10 monuments to visit in Paris”.

From the card generated by PamPam you will be able to personalise the rendering and the different stages of a journey.

You can edit each point of interest by adding or editing the text. You can also add images. A link opens the Google Maps map. We would have liked to have been able to insert links to additional resources.

It is also possible to add new dots and much more from a toolbar at the bottom of the screen that allows you to draw, highlight, write directly on the map. You can also use a virtual character dressed as an explorer and powered by AI from this menu bar.

Share your interactive map with your students, friends or the world

Maps made with PamPam are simple to share. You can choose to keep them private or make them public via a link. Ideal for example to share with parents a school trip project.

Working with others on a map

You can invite others to join your card and contribute together.

When you share your card with other users, you can grant them specific permissions to set the level of collaboration. For example, you can allow them to add markers, change existing markers, create routes, or simply view the map.

A nice resource to design or have your students design impressive interactive maps.

You can use PamPam for free to create a maximum of 3 cards with 150 points or steps. Then you will have to switch to a paid plan.

Ultimate little regret, to be able to use PamPam, you have to log in with a Gmail address.
