Socrative is an online tool for interview your students via their digital devices. Smartphones, tablets or computers.
Socrative makes it possible to create online quizzes and get live answers in real time. A playful and interactive approach that makes it possible to obtain a better commitment or investment from the student.
The system is Perfectly suited for training with an audience of up to 50 participants. The trainer asks a live question to the room, the participants choose an answer on their smartphone, tablet or computer. The trainer can follow the results on his device in the form of a simple and clear graph.
The strength of Socrative lies in the ease of implementation. The only requirement (but this is not nothing) is to have an internet connection. The teacher connects to the service and opens a virtual classroom. It takes him exactly a minute watch in hand. He chooses the type of question. True/false , multiple responses, quick response etc … Socrative provides him with a room number that students will on their side enter on their digital device. Immediately connected, they will be able to answer questions live.
The trainer has a permanent vision of the number of connected registrants and the answers, which allows him to comment live on the results and to animate his presentation by integrating the level of understanding of the room.
In the classroom.
Socrative by its playful form makes it possible to obtain a greater investment from the pupils. Whatever the level, the system makes it possible to run a training session by inserting interactivity and participation. It can also create collaborative work situations. If each participant does not have a connected device, several students can share the same computer or tablet and will have to discuss how to answer a question.
Socrative is a free service and can be used by 50 learners at the same time.

I am a school nurse in a high school .I am desperately looking for a way to do assessments of the health prevention sessions I organise with students throughout the year. I tried to use SOCRATIVE at a conference ,the use ,the creation of the questionnaires is easy .But here it is, 1/3 of the students were able to connect to my socrative class ,no wifi at . High School
Thank you for telling me what tool allows me to do the same work of collecting answers to my questionnaires with tables indicating the scores so that students can have a real-time feedback.
I heard about the possibility of ‘scanning’ answers with coloured answer papers with my phone from all the audience. I can never do my sessions in a computer room. Thank you in advance for your help.
