WooClap. Make your presentations interactive

WooClap is a CTBT tool that will allow you toinject a good dose of interactivity into your courses and presentations.

I have presented on ToolsTice several sites and tools that make it possible to survey an audience in real time or to encourage a class to participate via their electronic devices in a course or a presentation. WooClap, which I just used for a few days, is Probably one of the most convincing solutions in this area.  

WooClap offers all a series of functions that will wake up all your presentations in training or at school by making your trainees, students or students actors of your course.

The tool makes it possible to include events in all your presentations in the form of surveys, questions open, from QCM … to which your participants will be asked to respond live via a computer, a smartphone, a tablet via the Internet or SMS. They will have to go to a URL that you will provide them and enter a code that corresponds to your course. To log in, you can ask them for a first or last name. 

The trainer prepares the questions upstream and launches the surveys or questions when he/she wishes with a simple click. It can leave the survey open until the next interaction or set a time to get answers in limited time. The moderator will see the results displayed in real time, and above all, he will be able to project them so that he can comment on them. That's great. Ideal even to assess the level of follow-up or understanding of a class or to close a sequence or relaunch the interest of your listeners.

Another particularly interesting function in Wooclap, the opportunity for participants to ask questions on-line. The moderator will see them appear on his computer or tablet, he will be able to moderate them as he pleases and project them during his presentation.

Wooclap also offers an option for the teacher to Create questionnaires that participants answer at home before or after a course. The results can then be downloaded in PDF or Excel format.

I told you a very complete tool, probably one of the best in its field. Especially since, unlike other solutions, WooClap shines with its ease of handling and seamless ergonomics.  In particular, it allows a teacher to manage the entire process on his or her own and to manage his or her presentation directly from the Wooclap interface without distracting him or her from the essentials: the content of his or her message and his or her educational objectives.

Wooclap is used by several major schools and universities. It is also used by large companies. The rates shown are significant, but Wooclap offers far more affordable education rates. They can also equip an entire establishment with licenses in number. The support is very present and is done in French. You can try the tool for free. but it will be limited to 15 participants per event.
