Netboard. A free and collaborative online whiteboard

Netboard is a free and easy to use online tool that will allow you to collect, organise and share any web content alone or collaboratively. Ideal to offer online resources to your students or to introduce them to team curation.

Netboard is of course irretrievably thinking of tools like Padlet and this is normal. The operation and uses are quite similar.

A simple and complete virtual whiteboard

Netboard allows simply create beautiful pages in tables with texts, links, documents, videos, photos, presentations, RSS feeds and other content. Each thematic table can group several pages in which one can deposit almost anything any type of resources.

You can then organize them or reorder them very simply with the end of the mouse. You can add a resource to a table via its URL, you can download it, insert embedded code provided by a site or service. You can also use an extension for Chrome or Firefox that will make it easier for you to capture content. All this works wonderfully.

A collaborative whiteboard

Netboard is particularly suitable for collaborative work. The creator of the page can make it public or private, it can manage permissions and allow the different members of a team to read and/or modify the content of the page. Very convenient you can share the links to a page with participants who do not have a netboard account. They will be able to view your private pages, comment and edit without the need to register.

Your Netboard pages can be viewed online, but you can also export them in interactive PDF format.

A good team curation service which has the advantage of being completely free.

The interface is in English but you do not need to be fluent in the language to be able to use the tool.
