Welcome to Lumni. The new educational platform for French public audiovisual is online. The opportunity to discover and highlight the wealth of educational content produced by public channels. As soon as it opens, Lumni offers more than 10,000 contents for students and teachers. A cavern of Ali Baba with content that can be easily used in the classroom or at home.

Lumni offers more than 10,000 content related to school programs
Dispersed so far on several sites and platforms, the idea behind the creation of Lumni is to bring together in a single, open place the educational content created by France Télévisions, the INA, France Médias Monde, Radio France, Arte or TV5 Monde, in partnership with the Ministries of National Education and Culture, now offers more than 10 500 educational content. A showcase and toolkit for the world of education in collaboration with Eduthèque, the Education League and the Canopé network.
The result is spectacular in terms of the amount of resources available. As soon as it opens, Lumni offers well-filled shelves. The site is pleasant to consult and offers several entries. Videos on the front page, online games to learn or files of the moment gathering various resources.
Lumni a pretty showcase despite some flaws
Lumni offers a nice showcase capable of attracting the eye and attention of the young visitor . Maybe a little too much. It would undoubtedly benefit from putting more emphasis on the search tools proposed by the site to find the right information in the maze of shelving. The search engine is almost invisible on the front page. Look for the small magnifying glass at the bottom right of the screen. Too bad because it is rather fast and effective. Another possible entry is the search for available content by school level at the bottom, at the very bottom of the homepage. It will still be necessary for the pupil to go so far. Small youth defects that do not detract from the quality of the content offered by Lumni.
Lumni for teachers
Lumni is a space open to all. However, the platform reserves part of the site for teachers and educators. You will find there ‘expert resources for transmission and learning’. More than 3,000 resources indexed by levels and disciplines of the school curriculum will be accessible after registration through your academic email address.
It's worth it, almost 3,000 contents await you in this "teachers" section. Content to prepare, illustrate or extend your course, and share it with your students. You will find multiformat enrichments, indexed by curriculum and subjects as well as complete pedagogical sequences to use with your students.

I am a teacher of Germanic languages in Belgium. I am very interested in the new Lumni platform, but it seems that we cannot access it as a Belgian.
Would you then be able to send me the different sites for the College (6 – 5 and 4th year ) Unless you can give me the procedure to access the platform. A big thank you and again congratulations for your information.
