SummarizeBot is one of those brand new small services that make it possible to perceive the evolution of digital tools and, in this case, artificial intelligence. SummarizeBot automatically provides a summary of any text or webpage.

The name of this small experimental service is enough for itself. Summarize to summarize. Bot for automatic. It is even a little more than that. The bots that we talk a lot about at the moment at the turn of the web pages are « supposedly intelligent autonomous computer programs, endowed with personality, and which usually, but not always, render a service ". . .
This is the case here with SummarizeBot by helping you to summarise any text, regardless of its length. What is surprising, among other things, is the way in which it operates. To use the service, you must go through the messaging of Facebook Messenger. Send the link to the page you want to summarise, or the full text you want to summarise and your virtual boyfriend will send you the answer in less time than it takes to write it down.

No need to install any software or plug-in, a message is enough to get an answer. It contains a link to a web page or displays your summary.
At the top right you have an estimate of the reading time that you will save with the summary compared to a full text reading. At the bottom of the screen, a kind of cursor allows you to play along the length of the summary. The result is displayed in real time.
Also interesting is the possibility by clicking on the Keywords tab at the top of the page to get the most used keywords in the text or page you submitted.
This summary can be downloaded with one click in PDF format.
The results obtained can still be improved, especially if the text submitted is poorly structured. But do not bury it too quickly, the tool is constantly evolving, it learns from its mistakes and will continue to improve.
To do a test, you do not need to register or use Facebook. Go to the SummarizeBot homepage. You will be prompted to chat via the blue messenger button at the bottom right of the screen. Copy the link of the page you want to summarize or paste the plain text into your message. A second later, you get an answer with the link that leads to your summary.
Summarizebot works with English, but also with several other languages, including French.
A curiosity to test.

It’s bluffing!
Thank you for that info.
I tested with this article, it’s pretty good. 🙂
You still need a Facebook account (or Messenger?) and be connected to it to make it work.
to experiment and develop because promising
Not bad at all thanks! And the keywords too.
