No more hassles to share your online resources with your students.
You know the scene: you are preparing a course, you have selected a dozen relevant resources, and when you share them with your students, you end up sending an endless list of links by email or on the ENT. Students click on the wrong link, lose others, and you spend time answering questions ‘What link is that already?’ during the course.
Multy This is the tool that solves this problem. Simple in appearance, but formidablely effective: it allows you to create a single page containing all your important links, customize it according to your needs, and share it in one click. No more long lists of lost URLs or scattered resources everywhere. With Multy, access to resources for your students becomes seamless and centralised.
Multy's seriously going simplify the way of disseminating digital resources. Practical and useful.

A handy tool to centralize and share your link lists
Multy is an online service designed for teachers (but also trainers, content creators, and many others). Its principle is simple: you group web links into thematic lists, you organize them as you see fit, and you share them via a single link, a QR code, or directly integrated into your site.
The interface is clear and requires no technical expertise. Accessible from any device, the tool works both on desktop and mobile, which is especially useful if you need to manage your lists from your phone on the go.
Create and manage your link lists in just a few clicks
The use of Multy is child’s play. Creating an account is quick and intuitive. Once connected, you can create lists of links, give them a name, organize them by themes (course chapters, projects, etc.), rename them and customize them. Links are added simply by copying and pasting the URL. You can also install an extension for Chrome or Firefox browsers, which allows you to capture links directly from your browser without ever leaving the page where you discover them. .
Once the links have been added, you can organise them by topic (a course chapter, a collaborative project, an orientation theme, etc.), rename them with clear titles for your students, and reorganise them simply by dragging and dropping them down. Multy offers two display modes: a simple list with titles, or a thumbnail display with a visual overview of linked pages.
Share your list of links with ease
Want to share a list of dozens of links at once? Multy will provide you with an easy-to-remember short link that you can embed anywhere, even on a paper printout. But you can also ask them to generate a QR code for each of your link lists.

Personalization and design: options for all tastes
Multy recently redesigned his interface. The design is now more modern and sleek, and most importantly, you can choose from around 15 different themes to personalise the look of your lists. It is up to you to choose between a minimalist and sleek presentation or colours and a more vivid aesthetic to capture the attention of your students. You now have the flexibility to choose.
Navigation has also been redesigned, especially on mobile. If you or your students access resources from a phone or tablet, everything works smoothly and remains easy to use, even to edit your lists directly from your mobile device.
Integrate videos and playlists directly into your lists
One of the interesting new features is that Multy now allows you to directly integrate YouTube videos or SoundCloud playlists into your resource lists. You no longer need to share a ‘traditional’ link to YouTube; you can upload the video directly, and your students can launch it without leaving your Multy page. This is particularly useful for courses where you combine several types of resources (articles, videos, documents) and want to centralise everything in one place.
Share your list of links easily
Once your list is complete, it's time to share. Multy generates a short and easy to remember link that you can embed everywhere: in an email, on your ENT, on a sheet of printed paper, on a presentation slide, whatever.
You prefer create a QR code ? Multy generates one for each of your lists, which your students can scan directly with their phone. This is especially useful in the classroom for everyone to instantly access resources without typing a long URL.
You can also make your lists public or keep them private, as needed. Some teachers create public lists that they can share on professional networks or in educational communities.
A versatile tool well suited for teaching
Multy is not reserved for a specific type of course or discipline. You can use it in multiple ways. Some exeples among others that I was able to test:
For the preparation of courses : create a page dedicated to each chapter, centralizing all the teaching materials (explanatory videos, background articles, interactive resources, quiz), allows students to have a unique and organised reference. This is especially useful for the reverse classroom, where students need to access resources before class.
For collaborative projects : facilitate the sharing of resources for group work becomes simpler and more efficient. All students have access to the same information, in the same place. No more wondering, "Did everyone get the right link?"
For the pedagogical watch : you can share a selection of articles, interesting tools or good practices with your colleagues, without drowning your email with links. This is a more elegant way to interact with your team.
For the guidance of pupils : creating lists of links to information sites on occupations, higher education and training offers students a structured starting point for exploring their options for the future. A well-organised Multy page is more engaging than just listing URLs.
Test Multy to list and share your best resources
Multy offers a free version that allows you to group up to 5 links per page. For many teachers, this is already useful for one-off resources or reduced lists.
If you are preparing more complete courses or want to create several themed lists with 10, 20, or 30 links each, the paid version becomes interesting. It costs €24 per year (€2 per month) and offers unlimited links per page, advanced customization options, and the ability to create a personal page displaying all your organized link lists. For the cost, it is a minimal investment if you used it regularly.
Feel free to try Multy for your next classes. Your students will appreciate the clarity and accessibility of the resources you share with them, while you will save valuable time in organising your educational content.
The Multy tool presents itself as a simple but robust tool to simplify the sharing of online resources in an educational environment. Its ease of use, customisation options, and flexibility make it a good option in your digital learning arsenal.
If you spend too much time managing your resource lists or answering ‘Where do I find the link?’ questions, this is the tool to try.
